Horizon Soccer Player Makes Defensive Starter

This is the 2012 University of Houston Women's Soccer poster. Ciara Slayton, Horizon High School alumni, is in her senior year at University of Houston.  She is a defensive starter.  She also won a national title at Tyler Junior College in 2009 and took 2nd in the nation in 2010.  Tyler's record while she was a starting defender for 2 years was 32-1-1.
