Lodging (4 nights - quad occupancy) = $173.00
Conference Registration = $125.00 (Paid for by the DECA Hawks Nest)
Extra Events - DECA Tours of Seattle and local attractions are yet to be determined
Transportation to and from the Seattle Airport will be paid for by Horizon DECA
TOTAL = $487.80 ( $631.80 less the $125.00 WRLC Registration paid for by the DECA Hawks Nest).
Entertainment, Shopping, and Meals = $150.00 (only an estimate - Horizon DECA may be paying for meal or two, which should reduce the money needed for food on the trip!)

Flight Information: Southwest Airlines
Arrive in Seattle at 9:45 a.m.
Depart Seattle (Flight #1568) November 20 at 2:25 p.m.
Arrive back in Denver at 6:00 p.m.
$333.80, non-refundable full payment for roundtrip airfare must be paid by Friday, September 28th (make checks payable to Gateway Travel). Parents or students can now pay by debit or credit card by calling Cindy DeRenzo, the Horizon High School bookeeper NO LATER THAN 2 p.m. on Friday, September 28. Ms. DeRenzo's office phone number is 720-972-4437.
A signed contract guaranteeing full payment is also due by Monday, October 1.
$173.oo for lodging is due by Friday, November 2 (make checks payable to Horizon High School).
