Horizon All Heroes Game teaches students life lessons

On Saturday, August 5, 2023, the Horizon football program hosted their 7th Annual "All Heroes Game". This is an amazing event which celebrates inclusivity throughout the Horizon and Five Star district communities. The annual event gives students with disabilities the opportunity to play football with the Horizon football program and cheer from the sidelines with the Horizon Cheer and Poms teams. Not only were students given the opportunity to participate in a football game setting, they were taught valuable life lessons such as caring, empathy, servant leadership, and teamwork.
