Congratulations to Martin Tonjes, Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Horizon High School, for being named the Colorado Athletics Directors Association's "Athletic Director of the Year for the 5A Classification"! The winner of this prestigious award is selected due to outstanding contributions to Colorado Athletics and school communities.

Tonjes is incredibly dedicated to Horizon's athletics, but also to mentoring athletic directors in the Adams 12 Five Star Schools district. He works tirelessly on behalf of student-athletes and coaches, and this award is well-deserved.
