Our Principal

A Note From the Principal

Horizon is a place where every scholar is seen, known, and challenged to meet high expectations because we believe each one is capable of excellence. We are building a school grounded in authentic relationships, unwavering standards, and a shared commitment to ensuring every scholar is prepared for whatever comes next.

Excellence on All Fronts. Prepared for What's Next. This is more than a tagline, it's the work that guides every decision, every classroom, and every interaction.

It is a true honor to serve as the principal of Horizon High School. I am grateful for the opportunity to partner with our students, families, staff, and community as we continue building a culture where every scholar can thrive.

My door is always open, and I look forward to working alongside you throughout the year.

Dr. William Shaw, Principal
