I began my teaching career here at Horizon, starting out as a student teacher and eventually teaching business, English, social studies, and reading by the time that I left Horizon for a brief time to teach at Rocky Top Middle School. I'm Back!!! I am so excited to be back here at Horizon teaching 9th and 12th Grade Literature and Composition. In the past, I sponsored and coached activities here at Horizon. However, being a mom of three children who all play or did play high school and college sports-- a lot of my focus has been on that. I am pleased to say that I am also a new stepmom of two. In my spare time, I like to workout, do home improvements, and just hang out with my family and friends. The best way to contact me is via email.
